The IASI Sea Surface Temperature product (IASI SST) is a monthly (L3), 1×1 degree global dataset of skin temperatures over the sea derived from the IASI satellite radiances data. The data was computed using Planck’s law and simple atmospheric corrections (Parracho et al., 2021). The dataset consists of monthly mean netcdf files.
The version number is 1.0.
IASI/Metop-C SST data are available from May 2019.
